Special Group Rates: For period of April 26 – May 1, 2011 (Mid-week rates)

* The above rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars and net-non commissionable. Rates are subject to applicable taxes, which are currently:

• 4% Hotel Tax
• 3% DMF Canmore

Reservation Procedures
Individual Call-In: Reservations will be made on an Individual Call-in basis. The rates above are showing an average for each property during the date range requested. The group attendees will receive 10% off of the Best Available Rate of the day (BAR) when calling in to reserve. In order to receive the 10% discount, please ensure your guests indicate that they are affiliated with the Grizzly Paw Anniversary ; and they need to specify the property they wish to book at. Reservations can be made by calling our central reservations line at: 1.877.737.6782 or by emailing: stay@bellstar.ca

Individual reservations will be based upon availability. Bellstar Hotels and Resorts agrees to honor your special group rate up to 45 days prior to your date of arrival or until resort is at 85% occupancy. After this date guests will be offered the best available rate of the day.

Changes or cancellations for individual reservations must be made 48 hours (2 days) prior to arrival date or the 1st night deposit and applicable taxes will be forfeited.

Deposit & Payment Schedule for Free Sell Guest Rooms
Payment: Individuals will be asked for a credit card upon making the reservation for one night room charge + tax. Guests will be asked for a credit card upon check in to cover any incidentals.

Cancellation Policy
48 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty of one night room deposit + taxes.
Property Policies
* All Bellstar Resort common areas are non-smoking
* Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If any rooms are not vacated by this time, the individual will be responsible for the late charge, unless prior arrangements are made with the Resort’s management.

Discounted rates for Grizzly Paw guests for April 28th, 2011. Each reservation is based on room type availability, please note that depending on occupancy regular rates may apply. Guests can advise that they are referred by Grizzly Paw for April 28th and they will know which rate to apply.

Each room can accommodate up to 4 people per suite.

Deluxe Room offers two double beds, kitchenette, gas BBQ on patio or deck, gas fireplace, cd player, hairdryer, alarm clock, terry cloth bathrobes and complimentary high speed wireless internet.

Upgraded suites offer the same amenities of Deluxe Rooms PLUS:

One Bedroom Suite features a living room area and full kitchen with dining room table. Also includes a dishwasher, a separate bedroom with a queen sized bed and 2nd television, extra large soaker bathtub and walk in shower, in room washer and dryer and pull out sofa bed.

The Hotel is only extending preferred rates to guests who identify themselves as attendees of the Grizzly Paw 15th Anniversary event. The preferred rate will be extended based upon hotel availability at time of booking. Rates are extended two days before and after event dates to accommodate longer stay requests.

April 28, 2011 - April 29, 2011

* All rates are net, non-commissionable and are subject to Destination Marketing Fee (3%), Alberta Tourism Levy (4%) and GST (5%).
* Rates are based on single/double occupancy; additional $15 fee per person, per night applies for any additional adults occupying guestroom. Children 17 years and under stay free.
* All guestrooms include complimentary high speed internet access and complimentary parking.

Room Reservation Procedure
Individual Delegate Reservations:
Individuals are required to reserve their guest rooms with one of our Reservation Agents using our direct line: (403) 678-3625 or our toll-free number: 1-800-263-3625.
All delegate reservations require a valid credit card number.

Cancellation Policy
Delegates must cancel their reservations no later than 6:00 PM day of arrival to avoid cancellation penalty.

No Show Policy:
In the event that a delegate does not check-in on the agreed upon date, the delegate will be charged a No Show penalty.
*Cancellation or No-Show penalties are equal to one night of accommodation and GST.
Grizzly Paw 15th Anniversary attendees should note and retain the cancellation number quoted to them by the Reservation Agent at the time the cancellation is made.

Check In/Check Out
The Hotel’s check in time is after 4:00 pm and check out time is by 12:00 noon. Guests arriving prior to 4:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Front Desk can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when guest rooms are not available.
A credit card imprint OR a $250.00 deposit in Canadian dollars will be required for every guest room at time of check in.

Billing Instructions
Each attendee will be responsible for their own room, tax and incidental charges. Payment will be accepted in the form of a major credit card, cash or debit.

Non Smoking Policy
The Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Canmore is pleased to announce that all of our guest rooms are non smoking. Smoking in a non smoking room will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee. The cleaning fee will be charged to the guest registered to the hotel room.
